2. The present petition has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 40971 of 2023, which stood dismissed on 25.09.2023, due to non-prosecution.

3. From perusal of present petition, this Court does not find any sufficient ground to restore the aforesaid petition (Cr.Misc.No. 40971 of 2023) and as such, the present restoration petition stands dismissed.
