The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maharajganj P.S. Case No.27 of 2021 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that 25 litres of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is
