In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 354, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in this case the petitioners had executed bond under Section 41 of the Cr.P.C. and therefore, their case may be disposed of in light of the ratio laid down in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh vs. the State of Bihar reported in 2004(3) PLJR 491.
