The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the pond in question was settled with the informant, but the petitioners unauthorizedly demanded extortion to allow the informant to enjoy the fishing right.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is omnibus and general in nature. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and co-accused Dilip Yadav and Others have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20494 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 44956 of 2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 01 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
