Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 165 of 2016 registered under Sections- 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of coaccused. Petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
