JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Raghopur P.S. Case No.25 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 385/384 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that the petitioner, only on the basis of disclosure made by two witnesses, has been made accused in the present case. He submits that those witnesses were earlier examined, but they had not stated, which was stated in the subsequent stage. Fact remains that the petitioner is accused in number of cases, which has been mentioned in paragraph-3 of the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27055 of 2018(2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is no reason to pass favourable order.

The petition stands dismissed..
