2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 384, 506. 504/34 IPC registered in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event there is no accusation that the petitioner had received any money in connection with his proposed marriage with the informant's daughter. It was the informant's side who resiled from the proposal of marriage after coming to know of the antecedents of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner's father, co-accused Ajeet Ojha who is said to have received the money has been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14682 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 80278 of 2018.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged and the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/- U T
