The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the accused persons came to the house of maternal uncle of the informant and used abusive language. The informant protested, then he was kidnapped, as the maternal uncle of the informant failed to make payment of extortion amount, but subsequently at the request of the villagers the informant was released. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that even assuming the accusation, no case under Section 364 is made out and no any injury has been caused to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19372 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 the informant.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
