2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 341 , 323 , 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , when the informant alongwith his father and others went to the field for the measurement of the land, meanwhile this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons and 10 unknown persons attacked the informant and others due to which informant and his brother sustained injury .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties due to which a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between the parties in which

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J M 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Khusrupur P.S. case No. 151 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
