The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 404 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner has two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
