In compliance with the order, dated 27.09.2016, respondent No.5, namely, the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara, and respondent No.7, namely, the Station House Officer, Krishnagarh Police Station, are present, in person. In view of the fact that the sole accused, namely, Manoj Kumar Singh, has already surrendered in the court of
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.535 of 2016 (5) dt.03-10-2016 2/2 learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, at Ara, in connection with Complaint Case No.174(C) of 2000, no further order is called for on this writ petition.
This writ petition is, therefore, closed with liberty given to the petitioner to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if so advised, and also take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
