2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 21.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57283 of 2019 by this Court, whereby this Court has granted provisional bail to this petitioner.
3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has

4. Learned counsel for informant/Opposite Party No. 2 does not dispute the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner and confirms the fact regarding settlement between the parties.
5. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the provisional bail granted to petitioner vide order dated 21.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57283 of 2019 is hereby confirmed.
6. Accordingly, the order dated 21.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57283 of 2019 is modified to the above extent and this modification petition stands allowed.
