The petitioners are in custody since 22.05.2017 in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No.117 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 371, 372 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. Considering the vague nature of allegations made by the informant and that the petitioner has already been in custody for almost four months, let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Bihra P.S.
