The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 23.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7441 of 2015 but the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of the aforesaid order on account of his illness. Hence, it is submitted that the date of surrender may be extended.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner surrender in the court below within two weeks from today. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
