This is an application for regular bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 135 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of attempt to commit rape upon informant, who is 50 years old lady and had come to the house of in-laws of her daughter.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case on account of dispute with the family members of the in-laws of her daughter. FIR has been lodged after a few days of the date of occurrence. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44906 of 2017(2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P. S. Case No. 135 of 2017.
