The petitioner seeks bail in Case No. C2/755/19, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

45 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 21⁄2 months for recovery of 45 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Rajesh Kumar Rai is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2/755/19.
