The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(c) of Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

From the possession of the petitioner, 10 litres of foreign liquor was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 15.01.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Excise Case No.55

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21583 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 of 2019 arising out of Excise Case No.208 of 2018-19 with following conditions :

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
