JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 11-07-2022 Heard Mr. Ravi Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State and Mr. Prabhakar Thakur, learned counsel for the informant. As per prosecution story, the petitioner is one of the co-accused person who kidnapped the 13 years old girl and subsequently after recovery, the said victim girl has made a statement under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure alleging that after kidnapping, this petitioner committed rape on her.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail which is hereby rejected.
