The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 112/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made allegation that petitioners along with other accused persons assaulted him with Sword, Farsa, iron rod and lathi.
It is submitted that there is a counter version bearing Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 116/2015. The injury found on the person of informant is simple in nature.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is

No.16131 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 a case and counter case between the parties and the nature of injury is simple, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 112/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
