The petitioner who is in custody since 06.01.2018 seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 939/2017 registered for an offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on section 441 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

The case was initially registered against the unknown persons. In course of investigation, Police apprehended this petitioner who confessed his complicity in the crime and on his confession, the vehicle in question was recovered from a line hotel. The witnesses have supported the allegation of recovery of motor cycle in question. Besides that the petitioner is involved in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29661 of 2018 (3) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 five more cases of similar nature.
