JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 registered inter alia under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2019.

There is no fresh ground for reconsideration of bail of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, for the reasons recorded in previous order dated 27.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.66574 of 2019, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is rejected.
