2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 792 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 85, 109 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner and other is said to have assaulted and tortured the complainant for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry of Rs. 4 lacs.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. He is in custody since 24.11.2025.

5. The learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the complainant oppose the prayer for regular bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14589 of 2026(3) dt.31-03-2026 2/3 petitioner.

6. Considering the submission of the parties and in view of the law down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, this application of grant of regular bail is allowed.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 792 of 2025.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner is directed to pay a maintenance amount of Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) for maintenance from the month of April, 2026 to the informant and the maintenance for the month of April, 2026 shall be paid to the informant within one week from the date of pronouncement of this order and thereafter the maintenance amount shall be paid to the informant every month before the 10th day of the month.

9. It is made clear that the order of maintenance passed by this Court shall be subject to the outcome of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14589 of 2026(3) dt.31-03-2026 3/3 maintenance case of the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court concerned, if any.
