This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.12.2014 passed by learned Special Judge, Vigilance II, Patna in Special Case No. 14/2001 by which cognizance for the offences punishable under Section 109/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 13(2) read with 13(1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 as well as under Section 39/44 of the Indian Electricity Act in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 16/2001 has been taken against the petitioner and other.
