The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 79 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a), 32 (III) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The recovery is made from the son of the petitioner. Petitioner is the only owner of the motorcycle from which illegal liquor has been recovered.

The petitioner is granted anticipatory bail.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
