This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 111 of 2014 dated 11.03.2014 instituted for the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Mr. Nagendra Prasad, learned counsel for the State has informed this Court that this is a case of the year 2014. There is every probability of the investigation in this case having been completed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19172 of 2016(2) dt.10-09-2020 2/2 If at all the investigation is still incomplete, the same must be concluded within a period of three months.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
