The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

More than 200 liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the auto rickshaw. The petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of the same nature. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18222 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No.30 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
