The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 396 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 384, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged in the FIR by informant that on seeing advertisement in the Hindustan Newspaper in which mobile numbers were given to contact for job, the informant contacted on the mobile number and has been informed that a Supervisor job will be provided and for that he will have to deposit Rs. 1550/, when he reached there he found some persons preparing forged appointment letters, on seeing this he informed the police and thereafter the petitioner along with other accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38977 of 2017(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 persons was apprehended at the spot.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 396 of 2017.
