JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 308, 354, 384, 188, 447, 149 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on 20.01.2016 at 3 PM on the order of SDO, the informant went to plough her field when the accused persons abused the informant and demanded `50,000/- and on refusal the accused persons pulled the saree of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15133 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 informant and tied around her neck.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and in the background of land dispute, the accusation has been levelled. The land in question is still recorded in the name of the petitioners' side. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Sararanjan P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
