The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 224 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case under Sections 447, 323, 385, 387, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration over all aspects, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
