2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 309 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 103(1) and Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2026. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. The learned counsel for the State vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15805 of 2026(2) dt.24-03-2026 2/2 opposes the bail application and submits that the allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature.

6. Having considered the submissions of the parties and upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court finds that the allegations against the petitioner are grave in nature and the post-mortem report supports the prosecution case.

7. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
