JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2022 It appears to be an admitted fact that in compliance of this Court's order dated 28.08.2019, passed in MJC No. 664 of 2019, the Bihar State Examination Board has issued the requisite certificate in favour of the petitioner which has been sent to R.K. College, Madhubani.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that now R.K. College, Madhubani is not handing over the said certificate to her.

If the petitioner has any grievance against R.K. College, Madhubani, she shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The contempt proceeding stands dropped.
