The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Parsa P.S. Case No. 87/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the daughter of the informant aged about 12 years was missing from the house. During course of search one joint photograph of his daughter with one Mitranjan Baitha was found.
The informant suspected the hands of petitioner in kidnapping of her daughter. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused Niraj Kumar Shah was granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 37019/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Rai, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chapra, Saran in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 87/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
