The petitioners are accused in connection with Jehamanad (Karouna) P.S. Case No. 368 of 2017, registered under Sections 323, 341, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant, Ranjeet Kumar Sharma, on receiving information about selling the share of land by his uncle Sidhnath Vishkarma, reached at the house of his uncle and made query. Thereupon, his uncle, Sidhnath Viskarma and his son, Niranjan Vishkarma, started to abuse and caused injury at his head through iron rod and Garasa. When his brother, Ajay Kumar, came to save him then he was also assaulted.

No.39799 of 2017 (4) dt.12-12-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while eight injuries were found on the person of informant, but injury nos. 5, 7 and 8 are simple in nature and opinion regarding injury nos. 1 to 4 and 6 were kept reserve, whereas injuries, as found on the person of brother of the informant, are simple in nature. Further submission is that both petitioners are in custody since 11.06.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad (Karouna) P.S. Case No. 368 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
