The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rohtas Mahila P.S.Case No.63 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 341, 342, 325, 504, 604/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
As per FIR, the informant was tortured and assaulted by her in-laws for demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner and informant are ready to stay together and the dispute between them have been settled.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21513 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri in connection with Rohtas Mahila P.S.Case No.63 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
