The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Surendra Paswan, son of Ram Jiwan Paswan, and all accused persons, including the petitioners, killed his daughter. It is submitted that the deceased was married with Surendra Paswan eight years ago. The petitioners are mother-inlaw and sister-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Considering the fact that petitioners are mother-inlaw and sister-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16264 of 2016 (3) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Goh P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
