The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 274 of 2017 dated 12.07.2017 instituted for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with others was caught riding stolen motorcycle.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused Rahul Singh has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52925/2017. Prior to the lodging of the present case, the petitioner was made accused in another case, but he is on bail in the aforesaid case.
The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2017.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47851 of 2017 (6) dt.02-01-2018 2/2 Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 274/2017.
