The petitioners seek bail in connection with Trial No. 01 of 2019 arising out of Nadi P.S. Case No. 28 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 8 and 20 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioners, this Court vide order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78882 of 2018 had been pleased to grant liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge, which is evident from Annexure-1. It is

Hence, the petitioners may be enlarged on regular bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Bettiah, District- West Champaran in connection with Trial No. 01 of 2019 arising out of Nadi P.S.
