====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 33 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners who are the father-in-law and mother-in-law that their son, namely, Manoj Yadav @ Paddu is ready to stay with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25999 of 2021(4) dt.10-03-2022 2/3 the informant and they have also no objection to the same. Considering the same, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 33 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. Manoj Yadav @ Paddu is directed to take his wife to her matrimonial house by the 30th March, 2022 and after the Opposite Party No. 2 is taken to her matrimonial house, the petitioner will surrender and pray for bail which shall be accepted provisionally for three months and if the Opposite Party No.

2 maintained and kept properly in her matrimonial house then the interim bail granted to the petitioners shall be confirmed and if the Opposite Party No. 2 complaints before the Court below that she is being mistreated again then the interim bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25999 of 2021(4) dt.10-03-2022 3/3 no. 2 will also provide a separate mobile phone and mobile number so that she can talk to her parents as and when she desires.
