JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325, 307 and 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner and two others entered into the room of the informant and tried to strip her when co-accused Tapeshwar Sah and Jageshwar Sah gazed her and thereafter this petitioner inflicted knife injury on the head and hand of the informant and the accused persons also escaped from the scene after snatching jewellery.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the agnate of the informant and due to land dispute, the accusation has been levelled.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21946 of 2015 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 282 of 2012 pending in the court of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
