Petitioner seeks bail in Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No.68 of 2015 instituted under Section(s) 302/34 Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa. As per written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing injury on the abdomen of husband of the informant with arrow.

Case diary has been received. The doctor has found an arrow inserted and goes up to iliac bone. Intestine of small and large was pierced, left iliac artillery pierced and arrow inserted to lower bone. Arrow has been kept preserved.
