The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 124(A), 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act and 17 C.L.A. Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that ten bags of Jute and a mobile were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no any offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017.
