1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 67130 of 2022, which stood dismissed on 22.12.2022 due to non-prosecution.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in the petitioner, this restoration application is allowed, subject to condition that petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) in the Office of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna.

4. Accordingly, let Cr. Misc. No. 67130 of 2022 be restored to its original file.
