The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bathnaha P.S. Case no. 26 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim made allegation against the petitioners, who are mother and brother of Ram Babu Paswan, along with Ram Babu Paswan kidnapped his minor daughter, but the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. She denied the factum of her kidnapping. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16158 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
