JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with C 42/17 (Trial No. 14/2018) , registered for offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 476/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners that they produced the forged and fabricated document of consolidation department during trial and as such, the present complaint has been filed by the learned Trial Court itself.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioners and they are employees of Tata Steel and further the trial has also been decided against them.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35427 of 2018 (3) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not incline to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners rather they should surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below shall decide the same on the merit of the case and shall pass an appropriate order, if possible, on same day.
