The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Excise Act.

From the motorcycle of the petitioner, liquor was allegedly recovered. Petitioner was not apprehended thereat, however, one Shankar was apprehended. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent, hence, I am not inclined to enlarge him on anticipatory bail in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No.128 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge IInd-cum-Spl. Judge, Nawada. Accordingly, prayer is refused.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16627 of 2019(2) dt.15-03-2019 2/2 Prayer for regular bail shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order.
