The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Motipur P.S. Case no. 322 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 427 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, Block Development Officer, made allegation that the petitioners and others entered in to the office of the informant and attempted to destroy voter lists. It is submitted that the petitioners filed a case before the Joint Registrar, Co-operative, Muzaffarpur for preparation of proper voter list and there was a direction of the Joint Registrar,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16159 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 Co-operative to the Block Development Officer. The petitioner went there for requesting the Block Development Officer to provide him prepared voter list. No such occurrence took place. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
