The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that Gulshan Kumar, Ravi Kumar and one unknown person assaulted him and snatched Rs. 9000/- from his possession. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The two named accused persons, namely, Gulshan Kumar and Ravi Kumar, who are alleged to have assaulted the informant, have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 18.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10643/2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 9787/2016. The case of the petitioner stands on better footing.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16428 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 293/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
