In a case under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner, who is seeking regular bail, is in custody since 04.07.2017.

Learned A.P.P. representing the State submits that the matter is still under investigation.

In above view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 214/2015. The application is dismissed.
