Petitioner is an accused in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 307, 504, 506 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused, Pankaj Sinha and not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.01.2020. Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15219 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020.
