JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 18-06-2015 It is alleged that these two petitioners ran away after seeing the police and they are not related with the family or the incident as such as is the stand of the counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the same, let petitioners Deep Lal Prasad and Ram Pravesh Prasad, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of Shri Devesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikrahna at Motihari, in connection with Madhuban P S Case No. 85/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
